Introducing the AI-Powered Request Form (Beta)
We’ve introduced an AI-Powered Request Form (Beta) designed to help you submit clearer, more structured requests, without spending time figuring out how to phrase them.
When you create a new request, you can continue using the existing request forms as usual, or choose the Request with AI option available at the top right of the request creation page.
Once selected, you’ll be taken to a prompt input page where you have three ways to get started:
- Type your request in natural language, just as you would explain it to a person.
- Use voice instructions if speaking is easier than typing.
- Select from predefined request-type prompts that guide you based on the kind of request you’re creating.
As you enter your input, you’ll notice a new Prompt Score. This score indicates how clear and complete your request is before submission, helping you understand when your input has enough detail to generate a strong request.
Based on what you provide, typed, spoken, or selected, the system automatically generates and fills in the request form for you. Key details such as the description and relevant fields are pre-populated, allowing you to review everything, make edits if needed, and submit with confidence.
Within the same form, you can also regenerate text or descriptions by choosing different tones, without needing to leave the page or start over.
Since this is a beta release, you may notice small refinements or changes as we continue improving the experience. The goal of this update is simple: reduce back-and-forth, improve request clarity, and help work move faster with better outcomes. The rest of the workflow remains unchanged; only the way requests are created is now smarter and more flexible.
