By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them on KIMP360. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task, or tasks, you can do so by letting our Project Manager know.
We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your design team’s queue in the order that they are received. Your team then works on delivering them.

For communication related to submitting new design or video tasks, providing revision notes or final approvals and uploading creative briefs or content we recommend communicating via KIMP360, or your preferred project management software once integrated with KIMP360 via API or Zapier.
If you intend to resell any designs produced by your Kimp team, please notify your Project Manager at the time of your request. In such cases, your team will create the design entirely from scratch, ensuring you receive full rights for resale.
For all other design requests intended for your own use (not for resale), the team may create designs from scratch and/or incorporate licensed stock elements or photography to meet your project requirements.
Please note, we carefully verify all third-party elements and stock assets used to ensure you have the appropriate licenses as the end user. We also assume that any materials you provide to us are owned or properly licensed by you.
With each KIMP subscription you can submit design requests for an unlimited number of brands. You can upload the assets for each respective brand in KIMP360 or share them through your preferred method, and reference them in your briefs. We’ll then design accordingly.
Kimp Enterprise teams are assigned based on your region, ensuring you have dedicated design, video, and account management coverage during your local business hours. Your Creative Operations Manager and Project Manager work within these windows to keep requests moving quickly and priorities aligned – across time zones, brands, and departments.
If your country isn’t listed, we’ll assign you to the team that provides the best overlap with your working hours.
