For a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription you will need to make a single payment at the start of your subscription term, for the entire subscription fee.

Based on whether you have a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription you will be billed once every 3, 6, or 12 months. Your subscription renewal date will be 3, 6, or 12 months from the date on which your term began. The only exceptions to this are if you pause and resume your subscription or cancel it.

When you upgrade to a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription we will be adding the number of days remaining in your current subscription to your new term.

You can request to pause your subscription by logging into your account at www.kimp.io Once your request has been received and processed, your subscription will be paused as of your billing date, either within the current month if that date is still in the future, or in the next calendar month.

This means that if your subscription began on the 5th of a given month, and you request to pause it partway through your term, it will be paused on the 5th of the current month, if that date is still upcoming, or on the 5th of the following month.

"To request to resume your subscription, you’ll simply log into your account at www.kimp.io and submit your request. Your account will become live within a business day. And the date on which your account is resumed will be your new billing date."

If you wish to cancel your subscription, and not continue with a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, please do so ahead of your renewal date. Otherwise at the end of your subscription, your term will automatically renew for 3, 6 or 12 months based on what you have signed up for.
